It is a very exclusive event where not all companies can exhibit, due to its limited space, so the organizers make a very exhaustive selection of participants, hosting the companies that present exclusive collections of high quality.
The avant-garde collections presented make it an unmissable event for designers and stylists from the United Kingdom where they receive an advance of the latest trends in a very exclusive fashion environment.
On this occasion, 4 Spanish companies of accessories, tanned and woven, where they have shown an advance of their collections that later will be exhibited in other international fairs.
After the participation in London, the companies associated with AEC attend the Lineapelle New York fair , which will take place at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York on January 30 and 31, where they will present the US designers with the latest news the spring-summer 2020 season.
Lineapelle New York , is a small fair, where they exhibit about 133 signatures, mostly European, with Italian companies being the most numerous with 65%, followed by Spanish companies with 8% and French companies with 7%. There are also exhibitors from other countries, such as Brazil, Germany, Pakistan, Portugal, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the USA.
In this event, a total of 11 Spanish companies from the sector participate, above all in fabrics and tanning, among others. Most of the companies that participate in the fair are firms with a consolidated market in the United States, and they come with the objective of maintaining business contacts with the designers and stylists of major brands of footwear and leather goods from the United States of America.
In an exhibition very focused on fashion where companies present their most creative and avant-garde collections of the season, as a preview of seasonal trends that can later be seen at other international fairs in the sector.
The United States is the third country in the world with the highest consumption of footwear after China and India, with approximately 2,343 million pairs per year, however it can be said that it is not a large producer of finished footwear, but it does have the decision of purchase on the materials for its manufacture.
